Policies

– Because we work by appointment only, and we’re reserving that time for you and no one else, an appointment can only be reserved with a credit card on file, or a cash payment upfront.

– Clients MUST call to cancel/reschedule appointments.  Text messages are not reliable as they do not always arrive at their intended destination.

– New clients are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the retail cost of their selected service upfront.  In the event, an appointment is canceled/rescheduled less than 48 hours from the appointment, or the client doesn’t show up for their appointment, the deposit will fulfill Cassatone’s policy fee for the appointment.

– Reschedule or Cancel Appointments (recurring appointments) 48 hours prior to your appointment as a courtesy via telephone should you need to change the date or cancel.  Failure to cancel/reschedule an appointment within this time frame, or not showing up for your appointment will incur a policy fee of 50% of the retail cost of your selected service.
